Living with beauty at every moment, whether in a kitchen or in a wine cellar… This is the aim in the houses created by Sara and Jean-Luc. The great technical theatre, although ever-present, is hidden behind linen curtains and leaves the décor to shine in the crystal light.

Whether for a country house or a contemporary apartment, the kitchens conceived by Spirito Montalto provide a unique space for everyday living. Solid, generous, cut from sheer stone, in tones reminiscent of lime plaster, and perfectly dimensioned, each kitchen sink is a sculpture.

“It’s a real pleasure being able to work with master craftsmen and refashion stained-glass windows in collaboration with the famous Simon Marcq workshop in Reims”. Renovating a private chapel Sara and Jean-Luc reveal a personal and refined vision of stained glass. Lead turns minimal, the frame melts into the wall and only the colour of the glass is exalted.

An indoor pool drawn up with the same rigour as a building: that is how Sara and Jean-Luc conceived and designed this reflecting pool in halftones and grey tadelakt. An exercise in style, where the pool, carved flush against the wall, plays with reflections, materials, sculpted borders, ancient stones and filtered light.
